🧪 Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
lemon twist (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Combine bourbon, honey syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard until very well chilled. Double-strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.
