🧪 Ingredients

2 oz gin
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz cannabis-infused simple syrup (5mg THC)
1 egg white
3 oz club soda
Lemon twist for garnish

🥄 Method

Dry shake gin, lemon juice, infused simple syrup, and egg white vigorously for 20 seconds (no ice) to emulsify. Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled highball glass. Slowly pour the club soda down a bar spoon into the drink to build the characteristic foamy head. Garnish with a lemon twist.
