The Alpine answer to the Aperol Spritz — elderflower, mint and lime make it light, floral and refreshing.

🧪 Ingredients

3 oz Prosecco
1 oz elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
1 oz soda water
2 fresh mint sprigs
1 lime wedge

🥄 Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add elderflower liqueur. Pour in Prosecco. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with mint and lime.

🍽 Serve & Garnish
