A lighter more floral Negroni using gin, Lillet Blanc and Suze — pale, elegant and bittersweet.

🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz gin
1 oz Lillet Blanc
3/4 oz Suze gentian liqueur
1 lemon twist

🥄 Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with expressed lemon twist.
