All the Negroni bitterness meets a bright citrus sour with fluffy egg white foam.
🧪 Ingredients
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white
1 oz Campari

🥄 Method
Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake hard again. Double-strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over ice.
