🧪 Ingredients
2 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
1 lime wedge
1 mint sprig
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

🥄 Method
Fill a copper mug with ice. Add Irish whiskey and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge and mint.
