Gin and ginger beer — herbal, junipery and very refreshing. The London twist on the Mule.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz London dry gin
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
1 lime wedge
1 cucumber ribbon
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
1 lime wedge
1 cucumber ribbon
🥄 Method
Fill a copper mug or highball with ice. Add gin and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge and cucumber ribbon.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
Copper mug over ice with lime and cucumber.
