Elegant Champagne replaces soda water in this celebratory Mojito upgrade.
🧪 Ingredients
1.5 oz white rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
8 mint leaves
3 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup

3 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
🥄 Method
Muddle mint with syrup in a wine glass. Add rum and lime and stir. Fill with ice and top with Champagne. Garnish with mint and lime wedge.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
Large wine glass over ice with mint and lime.
