Hemingway's own double Daiquiri — no sugar, extra rum, grapefruit and maraschino. Bracingly tart.
🧪 Ingredients
3 oz white rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
1 lime wheel
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
1 lime wheel
🥄 Method
Shake all ingredients hard with ice. Double-strain into chilled coupe or over crushed ice in rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
