🧪 Ingredients
2 oz mezcal
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz agave nectar
1/2 oz egg white
Angostura bitters for garnish

🥄 Method
Dry shake all ingredients for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake hard again. Double-strain into rocks glass over ice. Dot foam with bitters.
