🧪 Ingredients
1 oz umeshu Japanese plum wine
1 oz vodka or shochu
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white
1 lemon twist

🥄 Method
Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake hard. Double-strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon twist.
