A low-ABV sour built on almond orgeat — sweet nutty and beautifully creamy with egg white.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz orgeat
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz egg white
Angostura bitters for garnish

🥄 Method

Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake hard. Double-strain into chilled coupe. Dot foam with bitters.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Chilled coupe with bitters design on foam.
