A Martini with more vermouth than a dry Martini — balanced aromatic and sippable.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz gin
1 oz dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
1 olive or lemon twist
1 oz dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
1 olive or lemon twist
🥄 Method
Stir gin, vermouth and bitters with ice 30 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with olive or lemon twist.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
