The original Dry Martini — very little vermouth, perfect technique, ice cold. Timeless.
🧪 Ingredients
2.5 oz gin
1/4 oz dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters optional
1 lemon twist or green olive
1/4 oz dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters optional
1 lemon twist or green olive
🥄 Method
Stir gin, vermouth and bitters with ice 30 seconds. Strain into pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with expressed lemon twist or olive.
