Donn Beach's 1944 tiki marvel — two rums, Cointreau, falernum and absinthe in one powerful package.

🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz aged rum
3/4 oz Jamaican rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz falernum
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 tsp absinthe
1 mint sprig
1 cherry

🥄 Method

Shake all ingredients vigorously with crushed ice. Pour unstrained into a double rocks glass or tiki mug. Garnish with fresh mint and a cherry.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Tiki mug over crushed ice with mint and cherry.
