Robert Louis Stevenson's personal drink from Samoa — absinthe and lime with grenadine and rum.

🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz aged rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz grenadine
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 tsp absinthe
soda water
1 lime wheel

🥄 Method

Shake rum, lime, lemon, grenadine, syrup and absinthe with ice. Strain into tall glass over ice. Top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with lime wheel.
