Honey takes center stage in this comforting hot drink — sweeter and more floral than the classic.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz whiskey
2 tbsp honey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
4-5 oz hot chamomile tea
1 lemon slice

🥄 Method

Steep chamomile tea and keep hot. Add honey to mug and dissolve with hot tea. Add whiskey and lemon juice. Stir and drizzle honey on top. Garnish with lemon slice.
