🧪 Ingredients

4-5 oz hot strong coffee
1.5 oz Irish whiskey
1 tsp brown sugar
freshly whipped heavy cream

🥄 Method

Warm a glass mug with hot water then pour it out. Add coffee and sugar and stir until dissolved. Add Irish whiskey. Float cold whipped cream over back of spoon on top. Do not stir — sip coffee through the cream.
