A flaming show-drink — rum, Kahlua, Cointreau and sugar set on fire then coffee poured through.

🧪 Ingredients

1/2 oz high-proof rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Kahlua
4 oz hot coffee
sugar to coat rim
whipped cream
nutmeg

🥄 Method

Coat rim of a heatproof glass with sugar. Add rum and Cointreau and ignite carefully. Swirl to caramelize rim. Extinguish by adding Kahlua. Add coffee and top with whipped cream. Dust with nutmeg.
