A traditional North German hot coffee drink with rum and whipped cream — the sailor's coffee.

🧪 Ingredients

4-5 oz strong hot coffee
1.5 oz dark rum
1 tsp sugar
freshly whipped cream

🥄 Method

Add sugar to a warm coffee glass. Pour in hot coffee and stir. Add rum. Float lightly whipped cream on top. Do not stir — drink coffee through the cream.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Warm heatproof glass with unsweetened cream float.
