The original Planter's Punch — strong rum, lime, sugar and bitters. A true classic.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz dark rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
soda water splash
1 orange slice
1 cherry

🥄 Method

Shake rum, lime, syrup and bitters hard with ice. Strain into tall glass over fresh ice. Top with splash of soda. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
