2 oz Earl Grey tea-infused gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white

🥄 Method

To make Earl Grey gin steep 2 tsp Earl Grey tea in gin for 2 hours then strain. Dry shake all cocktail ingredients without ice 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Double-strain into chilled coupe.
