A pre-Prohibition Champagne cocktail from the Seelbach Hotel — bourbon, bitters and bubbles.

🧪 Ingredients

1 oz bourbon
1/2 oz Cointreau
7 dashes Angostura bitters
7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
4 oz Champagne
1 orange twist

🥄 Method

Combine bourbon, Cointreau and both bitters in a Champagne flute. Top slowly with chilled Champagne. Stir once gently. Garnish with orange twist.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Champagne flute with orange twist.
