Equal parts Harp lager and Guinness poured in layers — lighter than the Black and Tan.

🧪 Ingredients

8 oz Harp lager
8 oz Guinness Draught

🥄 Method

Pour Harp lager into a pint glass until half full. Slowly pour Guinness over back of a spoon to float it on top. Keep layers distinct.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Pint glass with lager bottom and Guinness float.
