The cocktail that put coffee in a martini glass — vodka, Kahlua and fresh espresso. Iconic.
🧪 Ingredients
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz freshly pulled espresso
1/4 oz simple syrup
3 coffee beans
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz freshly pulled espresso
1/4 oz simple syrup
3 coffee beans
🥄 Method
Pull a fresh espresso shot and let cool slightly. Combine vodka, Kahlua, espresso and syrup in shaker with ice. Shake HARD for 20 seconds to create the signature foam. Double-strain into chilled martini glass. Float 3 coffee beans on the foam.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
Chilled martini glass with three floating coffee beans.
