Cognac and creme de menthe — an after-dinner classic that has been around since the 1890s.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz Cognac or brandy
1 oz white creme de menthe
1 mint leaf optional
1 oz white creme de menthe
1 mint leaf optional
🥄 Method
Stir both ingredients in mixing glass with ice 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Optional mint leaf garnish.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
Chilled coupe or over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
