Venice's iconic spritz using Select aperitivo — the original Venetian bar spritz before Aperol.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz Select aperitivo
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz soda water
1 orange slice
1 green olive
ice

🥄 Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Pour Select then Prosecco. Top with soda water. Garnish with orange slice and green olive on a pick.
