🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz absinthe
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz cold water
1 oz soda water
1 mint sprig
crushed ice

🥄 Method

Combine absinthe, syrup and water in shaker with crushed ice. Shake briefly. Pour unstrained into double rocks glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig.
