A New Orleans variation of the Singapore Sling — rum-based tropical and Creole-influenced.
🧪 Ingredients
1.5 oz rum
1/2 oz cherry liqueur
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz grenadine
soda water
1 cherry
1 orange slice
1/2 oz cherry liqueur

🥄 Method
Shake all ingredients except soda with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice. Top with a splash of soda. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
