A variation on the Singapore Sling served at the Raffles Hotel — slightly different spec.

🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz gin
3/4 oz Cherry Heering
1/4 oz Benedictine
1/4 oz Cointreau
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 pineapple frond
1 orange slice
1 cherry

🥄 Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Double-strain into a tall sling glass over ice. Garnish elaborately with pineapple frond, orange slice and cherry.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Tall sling glass over ice with tropical garnish.
