The definitive Collins — gin, lemon juice, sugar and soda water over ice in a tall glass.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz soda water
1 lemon slice
1 cherry
1 oz fresh lemon juice

🥄 Method
Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice. Strain into a tall Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.
