The rum Collins — white rum, lemon juice, sugar and soda water. Bright citrusy and tropical.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz white rum
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz soda water
1 lemon slice
1 cherry
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz soda water
1 lemon slice
1 cherry
🥄 Method
Shake rum, lemon and syrup with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
Collins glass over ice with lemon and cherry.
