Light tropical and refreshing — coconut water, lime and mint in the Mexican agua fresca tradition.
🧪 Ingredients
6 oz coconut water
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz agave syrup
4-5 mint leaves
1 lime slice
1 mint sprig
ice

🥄 Method
Muddle mint with agave lightly. Add coconut water and lime juice. Fill glass with ice and stir. Garnish with lime slice and fresh mint.
