🧪 Ingredients

2 oz vodka or gin
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz butterfly pea flower syrup
1 dropper THC tincture
1/4 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water

🥄 Method

Combine spirits, lemon juice, butterfly pea syrup and THC tincture in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Watch the colour change as you add lemon. Garnish with lemon wheel.
