A smoky golden cannabis sour — mezcal, citrus, THC tincture and silky egg white foam.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz mezcal
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz agave nectar
1/2 oz egg white
1 dropper THC tincture
Angostura bitters for garnish

🥄 Method

Dry shake mezcal, lemon juice, agave, egg white and THC tincture without ice 15 seconds. Add ice and shake hard again. Double-strain into rocks glass over ice. Dash Angostura on foam.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Rocks glass over ice with bitters design on foam.
