🧪 Ingredients
1.5 oz brandy
0.5 oz dark rum
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz whole milk
0.5 oz dark rum

🥄 Method
Mix all acids and spirits. Pour into milk. Let curdle. Strain through coffee filter twice. Serve over ice.
