2 oz Scotch
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
0.25 oz peated Scotch float
2 dashes orange bitters

Stir base whiskey and vermouth with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Float peated Scotch. Garnish with an orange peel.
