🌿 THC infused cannabis cocktail

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz THC-infused gin
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
1 egg white
1 tsp matcha powder dissolved in 1 tbsp warm water
soda water

🥄 Method

Dry shake gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, egg white, and matcha mixture without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled tall glass without ice, top with a splash of soda water.
