🧪 Ingredients
2 oz honeydew melon purée
2 oz cucumber juice
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz agave syrup
5 mint leaves
soda water
2 oz cucumber juice

🥄 Method
Muddle mint in a shaker. Add honeydew purée, cucumber juice, lime juice, agave, and ice. Shake, strain into a highball glass with ice, top with soda.
