1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp hot water
2 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz honey syrup
5 mint leaves
soda water

Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth. Muddle mint in a shaker, add matcha mixture, lemon juice, honey syrup, and ice. Shake, strain into a highball with ice, top with soda.
