1 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 oz cloudy apple juice
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
soda water

Muddle kiwi in a shaker. Add apple juice, lime juice, syrup, and ice. Shake, fine strain into a highball glass with ice, top with soda.
