2 oz THC-infused gin
0.75 oz rhubarb syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
soda water

🥄 Method
Dry shake gin, rhubarb syrup, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Add ice, shake again. Strain into a highball glass without ice, top with soda to raise foam.
