1.5 oz THC-infused gin
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
1 oz heavy cream
1 egg white
2–3 dashes orange flower water
soda water

Dry shake gin, juices, syrup, cream, egg white, and orange flower water without ice for at least 1 minute. Add ice, shake hard again for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Collins glass without ice, let the foam settle, then slowly top with soda water to raise the foam above the rim.
