2 oz coconut water
1 oz coconut cream
0.75 oz lime juice
6 mint leaves
soda water

Muddle mint in a shaker. Add coconut water, coconut cream, lime juice, and ice. Shake, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, top with soda.
