2 oz apricot nectar
4 basil leaves
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
soda water

🥄 Method
Muddle basil leaves in a shaker, add apricot nectar, lemon juice, syrup, and ice. Shake, fine strain into an ice-filled highball, top with soda.
