🧪 Ingredients

2 oz peach nectar
4 basil leaves
1.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
soda water

🥄 Method

Muddle basil in a shaker, add peach nectar, lemon juice, syrup, and ice. Shake, fine strain into a Collins glass with ice, top with soda.
