1 ripe kiwi, peeled
3 strawberries
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
soda water

Muddle kiwi and strawberries, add lime juice, syrup, and ice. Shake, fine strain into an ice-filled wine glass, top with soda.
