0.375 oz honey‑ginger syrup (equal parts honey, water, ginger, simmered)
0.25 oz Islay single malt float

Shake blended Scotch, lemon juice, and honey‑ginger syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Float Islay malt on top.
