🧪 Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin
juice of 1/2 lemons
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk
carbonated water
juice of 1/2 lemons
1/2 tbsp sugar

🥄 Method
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and serve.
