2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
3 oz club soda
1 twist lemon peel

🥄 Method
Pour the scotch, schnapps, and soda into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist.
